Donna has been there, done that. She’s fallen prey to the myths around fitness. She’s struggled with health issues and weight gain. Her journey led her to finally loving her body and learning how real fitness success can’t come from a one-size-fits-all approach.
A fifth-degree black belt, Donna knows about training hard. She began martial arts at three-years old and had to face years of challenges being young and female. Yet her passion and tenacity won the respect of her older peers and instructors. She has spent the past 35 years training and coaching other martial artists of every age and ability, helping them to gain strength, agility, and confidence.
Keen to help others who were not in the martial arts world, Donna set out to broaden her skills and training. She is certified in multiple modalities, demonstrating both her passion for learning and for meeting the fitness needs of a broad variety of students. Donna is certified in
